I hope everyone is safe and healthy during these trying times. New York City has for the most part reopened so we are back in our normal office. That being said, we are still operating with limited hours, as are all of the local FedEx Shipping Centers around us. All watches should be shipped within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation by Chrono24 (with limited exceptions). For the safety of all employees, and their families, we are not allowing any visitors into the office whether by appointment or walk-ins.

Our timepieces are guaranteed authentic.

Each one of our timepieces go through a vigorous multipoint inspection and are carefully serviced and detailed (if needed) with only authentic original parts. All photos used in our listings are taken in-house.

We are also happy to accept trade ins towards your purchase or offer you a cash value for your timepiece.

SHIPPING

All watches *MUST* be shipped to FedEx Ship Centers to be held for pickup. We cannot ship watches to your home or to your office; they must be sent to a FedEx location to be picked up. After your payment has been confirmed by Chrono24, we will ask you which FedEx location you would like us to ship your purchase to and the name of the person(s) authorized to pick up your package. We cannot ship to “FedEx Onsite” of “FedEx Authorized Dealer” locations.

We cannot ship out watches on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. No exceptions.

Free Insured Domestic Overnight FedEx Shipping is included in the price listed. Watches will be shipped approximately 48 hours from the point of payment confirmation by Chrono24.

We ship internationally using FedEx Global Services. International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping along with the custom taxes and/or duties of the receiving country. Failure to pay customs, and the subsequent return of the watch, will result in a 15% restocking fee. If our insurance coverage does not cover shipping to your country, we cannot ship the item to you.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted through in-store direct payment, Chrono24 Trusted Checkout, or direct Bank Wire.

All purchases, regardless of payment method or destination of the shipped package, are subject to state and local taxes.

WARRANTY

All of our watches are backed by a 1 Year Limited Warranty on the movement of the watch. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, minor cosmetic damage to your watch. Any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the timepiece is not covered including water damage.

RETURNS

We only accept returns if you receive the item and it is not as described. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will take the watch back within seven days of purchase, as long as everything is returned in the exact same condition it was delivered. If the return does not happen within seven days of purchase, or if it is not returned in the same condition, there is a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or simply not liking the way the watch looks.

OFFERS

We have “Price Suggestions” turned on for all of our listings. Even though the option may be available, we may not be accepting offers on certain pieces. We price down many of our most popular models as much as we possibly can to be competitive within the market. That being said, reasonable offers will always be considered when we have room to provide further discounts.
